As I just finished filing papers on my desk, I knocked over a FULL GLASS OF WINE. As I watched my favorite beverage fill the crevices of my un-filed bills, computer speakers and monitor stand, I felt the cool rich splash on my tootsies.
Just as I began to become angered at this retard move, I realized this was the PERFECT opportunity to clean my desk. Away to the paper towel I sprang and fluid as the wind I sprung on the spill to craft a sparklingly spotless desk.
And another trip to the wine bottle filled my glass once again, killing two birds (or 1 I guess) with one glass of wine is a nice Monday night haphazard surpise :)
So I got to see a good deal of my college gang last weekend. It's been anywhere from 2-6 years since we've all been together in one place and they all came up to Phoenix for the night to hang. Problem is my drinking got WAY ahead of the party schedule and I ended up spending maybe 3 hours with them and 25 minutes at the bar with local friends before completely blacking out and (thanks to multiple double te-kill-ya shots), as is told to me, belligerently insisting to walk home.
I continued to ruin the weekend of good-ole' buddy time by not entering the world of the vertical until 2pm or so. Either way, it was great to see the gang and here are some pics to prove it...I miss you guys....and I've realized that even though we've grown, our roots remain strong and I have friends I can count on forever scattered around the world...time to start travelin!!!

Definitely. Anyone who knows me knows that I only like gifts I see true value in or will use in some way (i.e. no knick-knacks, dust-collectors or trinkets please). Thus, anytime I get something I qualify as such, I either make a face and give it back or if I don't know them as well, say, "thanks" and immediately think of who I can give it to. The good thing is that I usually just give it to someone and say I got it as a gift and don;t want it. This way I guess I'm not re-gifting, but passing a gift on ;)
